Your membership to the Frankfort YMCA is an ongoing membership with automatic drafting or invoicing.  In order to cancel your membership, the primary member listed on the membership account must completely fill out the Cancellation Form.  Cancellations must be completed and submitted at least 10 days prior to your next draft or invoice date.  Refunds are not awarded for unused membership.  Ask a front desk staff if you need assistance.


Cancellation Forms are available at both Frankfort YMCA location service counters.
